Service Levels
  1. Program Confidence Check
    Includes testing of a program you've created to ensure all logic in place is correct and the program will work as expected. Your Digital Marketing Specialist will provide you with feedback on the program and if applicable, any amends that need to be made.
  2. Program Enhancement
    Your Digital Marketing Specialist will review your current program and work with you to implement changes to make it more effective. 
  3. Program Build and Test
    Your Digital Marketing Specialist will implement and test your desired program. The logic will be pre-scoped with your Account Manager/ Customer Success Team and/ or the Managed Services quoting team.

    Considerations ahead of delivery
    • You'll need to make sure you have all data present that you'd like us to work with 
    • For program builds and enhancements: If your automation involves campaign sends, let us know if you'd like us to create these as part of the journey, or if you'll have these prepared
    • For program builds: Share as much detail as you can about the journey you'd like creating

    Things to know and caveats

    • The credit cost of your automation build will depend on:
      • The complexity of the project 
      • Whether we are creating and/ or testing anything anything additional
    • Upon application, we will contact your Account Manager or the Customer Success Team with next steps, they will then reach out to you with either
      • A proposal 
      • Any questions we may need answering 
      • A request for a discovery call
    • Upon approval, the project will join our task queue and you will be advised of likely delivery dates and anything else we may need from you

     

    The work described hereunder must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase, on a date and time to be agreed with Dotdigital. Unless due to the availability of Dotdigital, any failure to instruct Dotdigital to commence or agree the work described (in whole or in part) will result in forfeiture of the entirety of the fee and no credits or refunds, pro rata or otherwise, will be provided.
